  • Do you offer renewable energy solutions, e.g., heat pumps?

    Yes — in addition to standard plumbing and heating services, we also install renewable systems such as heat pumps to help reduce carbon footprint and boost energy-efficiency.

  • How do I request a quote and what happens after I contact you?

After you get in touch, we’ll arrange a visit (if required), assess the scope of work, give you a transparent quote, agree a schedule and then carry out the work to agreed quality standards.

  • What happens after the work is completed? Do you clean up / offer warranty?

    We pride ourselves on neat, efficient workmanship and leaving the site tidy once the job is done — many of our reviews highlight how clean the worksite was afterwards. We also ensure that installations are compliant with relevant standards and provide you with details of any manufacturer warranties / maintenance advice as part of completion.
